For our half-board guests the kitchen team prepares a 3-course meal for dinner. In Winter our guests are provided a 4-course dinner. Due to the combination of traditional and international cooking you can enjoy a wonderful diverse cuisine. Kids find their main dish in the funny kids menu from Bruno the bear.

A la carte guests have the possibility to choose from our extensive menu. We prepare warm fresh dishes for you during the whole day.
Our favorite recipe
Blanch the fresh spinach in hot water, strain it and refresh with cold water. After that mix it with an immersion blender.
Dice the onions and brown in 40 g of butter.
Merge spinach, eggs, onions, fresh herbs and bread crumbs with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Leave i tat the side for about 10 minutes and afterwards knead i tone more time.
Form the dumpling with wet hands and put a small piece of cheese inside.
Boild water with a bit of salt and cook the dumplings for 10 minutes.
